SOOO...... I know I've gone on and on about Eric Church before...BUT--

he is coming to Des Moines 4 DAYS BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY!!

I felt pure BLISS when I found this out! I've already requested it off work and requested a

meet & greet with him! OMG I hope I get to meet him!

Happy Birthday Papa Bear!

Today is the #1 man in my life's birthday!

It's no secret that I'm a daddys girl and that he is my hero!

Its a cold, snowy, and blowy day here..I just talked to him on the phone..and he is snowed in!

What a winter! What a birthday!

At least him and mom get to spend the day together!

Happy Birthday Mom

I have the most amazing mom in the world! I wish I told her more often!

I am sooo blessed! I went home to my parents today and my brother and sister and her family were there! Then this evening we went to our neighbors/best friends: Schleismans for a little get together.. It was so fun!

So, yesterday was the last day of my mini vacation!

And what did I do? Had a meeting for work, got my hair cut and colored..and had drinks and apps with a buddy! I had a blast catching up with him!

It was a good day off..but I do feel a little guilty.

I dont like that Winston is home alone all the time!

What would happen if the apt cought fire! haha This is what I lay awake thinking about!

Pretty much I was bored with my natural dull brown..so why not richen it up a tad! :)

In sad news..there was an Earthquake in Haiti today..how scary! I am so glad that in the midwest we only deal with tornados..no earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis...

The worst part is that its already the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere..so even those injured might not even be able to be found and get treatment!

So, anyways..keep them all in mind :)

Well, the year has officially started off!

And so far, I am extremely happy with how its going!

I have been having a lot of fun with some great friends!

One of my resolutions this year is to be a better friend. I don't know what my problem is, but I can tell that I am not always the person I want to be!

Anyways, I have had 6 days off because I was planning on going to my buddy Anders' wedding, but unfortionatly things came up and I wasnt able to go! SAD!! So, in the days off my parents brought my dresser that Grandpa John made me! I LOVE IT! It is so beautiful!

I also made some time to go socialize with some great friends!

Today my cousin Tiffany stopped by to visit! She is so much fun! She is 20 years old and a RIOT! She stuck around for a bit and we cought up. It was great! One more day off in my 6 day stretch. I have a few meetings as well as a HAIRCUT and COLOR! I have no idea what I am going to do yet! eek!

Happy 2010!!!

How did you ring in the new year?!?

I went over to my friend Sam's place to cheer on the Iowa State Cyclones who were playing at the Insight Bowl! All the cheering must have worked as they won--by one point!

After the game, I took Stoner home and headed to Main Street! On the way I picked up my buddy Shanna and her boyfriend Mike and his friend Luke.

We proceded to go to 212 down on Main.
We rang in the new year in style! I was supposed to work today, so I had a glass of Champane at midnight and maybe 1 shot, but it was a blast!
